Mary Jo received her Bachelors Degree in Holistic Health & Medicine in 1988 and her Masters Degree in Transpersonal Counseling & Communication in 1993. She is a Certified Coach and has been in private practice for over 20 years helping people reach their personal, professional and fitness goals. Mary Jo began her Pilates training in 1994 and received her certification in 2000 through Peak Pilates in Boulder Colorado.As an avid road cyclist and indoor cycling instructor, she found Pilates to be a powerful core strengthener which increased stability and flexibility helping to prevent injuries.
JEN DUFLEY Certified Pilates Instructor
Certified pilates instructor though PhysicalMInd, Jen is a former competitive gymnast and coach.Trained to work diligently, developing a sense of confidence, and an eye for form and technique. This, she believes, is the foundation to achieving the best results with any activity. Jen encourages her clients to accomplish the ultimate: core strength and balance. She is passionate about finding that perfect combination of mind and body, and believes that any good fitness program should be challenging and integrative. Outside of her pilates life, Jen enjoys skiing, biking, yoga, and traveling.
Meridith is a professional ballet dancer with Ballet Nouveau Colorado. She has been dancing professionally with this company for the last four years. In her spare time she teaches both Pilates and dance to adults and children. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor through Lotus Pilates and has a B.S. in Ballet Performance from Indiana University.

Michelle is a Peak Pilates Certified instructor and a NASM Personal Trainer who enjoys working with all populations seeking to incorporate or achieve the next level of fitness into their lifestyle.Michelle has experience working with weight loss clients who are trying to start out on a new road in life, women who are trying to achieve a fully toned body, and she has also worked with athletes.She is very passionate to help people improve their health by realizing the importance of the active lifestyle and the benefits to just getting the body moving.Michelle loves anything outdoors especially rock climbing.For her pilates helped her to improve her rock climbing and also get rid of low back pain.She finds motivating those who are ready to see a change an exciting part of this career. www.michellepilatesandtraining.com
