Private Instruction Personal Training is recommended before entering classes (and is required if no previous Pilates experience). Personal Training is available when classes are not in session. Group Classes Level I is a class for beginners, pre-natal or anyone who needs special modifications Level II is a class for anyone without special needs that has mastered the basic exercises Pilates Movement is a mind-body class set to relaxing music with visualization & breathwork Lunch Crunch is a serious ab workout with warm up and cool down exercises Performance Pilates is a combination Pilates/Personal Training workout with added weights
